Welcome to the accommodation reservation page of Short Stay on behalf of Inholland University of Applied Sciences.

This page provides you with 8 steps to guide you through the process in order to successfully apply for accommodation in Rotterdam. Please read this page and the documents/pages attached carefully.

Procedure

Step 1
Download and read the Instruction Manual to guide you through the online Short Stay Reservation System.

Step 2
Go to the Short Stay Reservation System*.
*) This website is optimized to viewed by IE 6.0 or newer. Certain functions of this site may not be supported by other browsers.

Step 3
Register yourself by following step 1 and 2 which are mentioned in the Instruction Manual

Step 4
Wait for the approval notification by email from your contact person. This can take up to a few days.

Step 5
Once you received the approval notification you can login on the Short Stay Reservation System. Once you agreed with the Terms & Conditions and the Tenants’ Manual you can select the accommodation you prefer.

Step 6
Complete your reservation and you will receive an email which confirms that you submitted a reservation.

Step 7
After you completed the reservation, Short Stay will send a confirmation by email to both you and your contact person at the International Office of Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Make sure you receive a copy of this confirmation. In case you have not received this email - at least two weeks before your departure to Rotterdam - you should contact your contact person at International Office of Inholland University of Applied Sciences immediately.

Important

• Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations.
   
• The tenancy agreements are for a fixed and limited period of time only, not extending a maximum period of twelve months.The fixed rental periods you can apply for are:
• Semester I: 22 August 2011 – 22 January 2012
• Semester II: 24 January 2011 – 1 July 2012
• Semester I+II: 22 August 2011 – 1 July 2012

Requests for periods different from the mentioned periods above, will be denied.

• The accommodation is assigned according to availability on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, it is important to reserve an apartment as soon as possible.
   
• If no suitable housing is available, you can contact Short Stay by email via inholland@vestia.nl for more information.
   
• Only a cancellation at least one calender month prior to the commencement date of the rental periode will not be charged.
