At Short Stay we offer different kinds of accommodation. The following types of accommodation are available: studios, apartments, single rooms, shared rooms, shared apartments, and non-furnished rooms.

The rooms in the African Inn (video) are suitable for 1 person only and are located at the Christiaan de Wetstraat, in the south of Rotterdam. The rent prices of the African Inn range from € 581,75 to € 636,63 per month.

The small apartments in the Casa Erasmus (video)are suitable for 2 or 3 persons and you will share the kitchen and bathroom. The rent prices of the rooms in the Casa Erasmus range from € 431,10 to € 493,27 per month.

The Erasmus City Apartments located at the Teilingerstraat (video) and Vrouw Jannestraat (video) are specially suitable for couples. The apartments are grouped with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The rent price of the City Apartments is about € 890,- per month.

The medium-sized apartments in the Erasmus International House (video) are suitable for 2 or 3 persons and you will share the kitchen and bathroom. The rent price of the rooms in the Erasmus International House is € 596,48 per month.

The large-sized apartments in the Erasmus Lodge (video) are suitable for 2 or 3 persons. The apartments suitable for 3 persons will share the kitchen and bathroom. There are two luxurious penthouses available for double occupancy. The rent prices of the rooms in the Erasmus Lodge range from € 601,231 to € 881,99 per month.

The Erasmus Studios (video) are located in the Frederikstraat and are suitable for 1 person only. These light and airy rooms are completely self contained having their own kitchen unit and separate WC and shower. The rent prices of the Frederikstraat range from € 646,14 per month.

The rooms located in the F-building (video) are suitable for 1 person only. You will share 4 bathrooms and toilets together with 10 other room mates. The F-building is located at the Erasmus Campus. The rent prices of the rooms in the F-Building are € 565,36 per month.

The rooms located in the “Oude Emmahuis” (video) at the Van der Sluysstraat are a mix of bachelor studios and twin apartments suitable for couples and close friends. The apartments are grouped with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The rent prices of the Emmahuis range from € 560,68 to € 839,14 per month.

In the building Wilgenborgh (video) we rent out 9 self contained apartments and 72 shared rooms. The self contained apartments are spacious and suitable for maximum 1 person. The shared rooms are apartments suitable for 2 persons and the residents will share the apartment and its facilities together, so we advise the residents to set some ground rules for their stay. The rent price of the self contained apartments is € 673,06 per month and the rent price for the shared rooms is € 393,06 per person per month.
